GIRLS Flag Football Camp

Any girl rising 1st through 8th grade are eligible to attend. This camp will focus on flag football fundamentals and knowledge of the game. Each day will consist of position specific drills, play reading, and game play. Current Apex players will join the Apex coaching staff in working with the campers. Each camper should wear shorts, t-shirt, and appropriate skin protection and bring tennis shoes and cleats, if possible. Each camper should bring a water bottle labeled with their name.
